Tickets
Tickets bought online are held at the box office until ten minutes before the show. You can swap them for another date at any time, or get a refund up to 48 hours before the show.
Visits and workshops
School and group visits are confirmed once we reply to your booking. Workshop places can be moved to another date up to seven days before.
