Questions people ask

How old do children need to be?

Each show has its own age on the programme. Under-twos sit on a lap for free.

Is it very dark?

The screen glows, so it is never fully dark. If a child needs a break, the café is right outside the door.

What is a relaxed performance?

The lights stay a little up, the sound a little down, and nobody minds noise or moving around.

Can we come behind the screen?

After family shows on Saturday, puppeteers show a few puppets in the café. Schools get the full tour.

Do you have parking?

There is no parking on Candle Lane; the car park behind the town hall is two minutes away.

Can I get a refund?

Up to 48 hours before the show, or swap your tickets for another date at any time.
